Within a residency at the Parisian artistic laboratory "Una Sola Acción" in 2020, the artist delves into the depths of Butoh dance, aform of art that defies conventions. Drawn to its discourse rich in playful and grotesque imagery, taboo subjects, and extreme or absurd environments, he discovers a new form of expression. In the new generation of Butoh dancers, we find mainly a contemporary dance, Japanese or non-Japanese, inspired by Butoh. Passionate about dance with over 20 years of professional career, he allows himself to experiment and connect with other choreographic universes, constantly pushing the boundaries of his art.
